​Nicole Kropelnicki, founder and owner of NMK Educational Consulting, brings over 25 years of educational and leadership experience to college admissions counseling. She earned her Certificate in College and Career Counseling with Distinction from UCLA and recently served as the director of college counseling at a Sonoma County high school.

 

Nicole's passion lies in helping students find their authentic voice during the college application journey. She is committed to making the college admissions process less intimidating and more exciting for both students and their support networks. Drawing from her experience guiding countless students—including her own three children through their successful college journeys—Nicole understands firsthand the complexities families face during this important transition.

 

To stay current in the ever-evolving landscape of college admissions, Nicole actively participates in professional organizations, attends industry conferences, tours colleges, and collaborates with peers. When she's not working with students, Nicole enjoys traveling, cheering for the Golden State Warriors, and spending time with her husband Marty and their three adult children.
