Nicole Kropelnicki, founder of NMK Educational Consulting, helps students move through the college process with a clear, organized, and deadline-driven approach, bringing more confidence and far less stress to the experience.

 

With over 25 years in education and 5 years as a high school Director of College Counseling, she works closely with students to build thoughtful college lists and applications that genuinely reflect who they are.

 

At the heart of her work is helping students find their voice and make intentional choices, so they don’t just get in, but feel good about where they’re going and why. Having guided countless students (including her own three children) through the process, Nicole understands how to balance strategy with a steady, supportive experience for the whole family.

 

She holds a Certificate in College and Career Counseling with Distinction from UCLA and stays current through ongoing professional development, college visits, and collaboration with other counselors, so her students always receive relevant, up-to-date guidance.

 

Outside of her work, Nicole enjoys traveling, cheering on the Golden State Warriors, and spending time with her husband Marty and their three adult children.
